Dignity and care for Syrian refugees

Za'atari refugee camp is home to over 80,000 Syrian refugees. Dry, arid and unforgiving, the temporary encampment has become the fifth-largest city in Jordan. The Vaseline® Healing Project has provided essential skincare for families in Za'atari and other camps in the region.

The harsh conditions in refugee camps take their toll on skin: exposure and tough conditions can cause deep cracks and infections. Without treatment and with so many people living in close proximity, complications develop easily, including scabies, ulcers and other problems. We resolve these issues wherever we can.

Due to the prolonged need in the region, The Vaseline® Healing Project has had a continuous presence since 2015, providing essential skin care to people in tough circumstances.
